Every painting, artwork or image on this site is either a painting I have created, many of which take weeks to complete, or derived from my own work. Every year I receive dozens of requests to use my work free on home pages, or other private sites; on personal stationery or for other non commercial uses. Neither my Agent nor I have the time to follow up with the checks necessary to be sure the rights granted are being used in accordance with the permission given.
My livelyhood is gained in part by the income generated by sale of reproduction and publication rights to my art. Allowing free use of my work can compromise its value to a prospective client, or make it unsalable. Because of this I very much regret that I cannot grant free use.
